We loved everything about this house, my 2-year-old all the way up to my fiance. House is beautiful and roomy, great location in Port Royal! Thomas is the best host, we will definitely make this an annual stay!

Accommodation was great. We had 11 adults and kids staying there and there was plenty of sleeping space. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The location was close to a very nice beach on Hunter Island. We will definitely be back as the distance to Port Royal is not much different than where we usually go and the amenities are much better. Thank you Thomas for opening your home.

Thomas place was perfect for our son graduation from Marine Corps Boot Camp. We had 10 people and we never felt overcrowded and we all had plenty of space. Great place for large families!

I had a great stay at Thomas place for my son Marine graduation. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thomas was a friendly, responsive host & the house was exactly as it was presented! It was a perfect location to spend our days on Parris Island for our son’s graduation & head out in the evenings in a few different directions for dinners. Worked out perfectly!

Everything met my expectations of the place. Clean, tidy and very spacious rooms. Love the decor, not cluttered looking or outdated. Will definitely stay again when I need a break to beautiful Beaufort SC.

Thomas was an excellent host! His communications and responses were quick and he addressed every question I had. Our travel plans were interrupted and he was very accommodating. The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed spending our time together and were minutes from Parris Island where we attended my grandson’s graduation from boot camp. I would definitely recommend staying in Thomas’ house!

Literal listing!!! You are quite literally close to it all!!! Very large , extremely beautiful home full of all the essentials. Responsive host. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to stay with my large family to watch our marine graduate.

The best way to get around is by vehicle or bike, however there are some attractions within reasonable walking distance. The Spanish Moss Trail is .9 miles away or about a 20-minute walk.
